great piece...great concept... very educational the beauty of nature and what the nature gives to us... the food that is responsible of our continues living... and it would lead us to think where the food came from..from God... and His words are our food too..food for our soul.... 10++++

It was a delightful pleasure to read this imaginatively phrased and written poem, C. P. Poets, of course, write on many topics, the most common seems to be love and the second most common seems to be death. Few ever write about food, the single most vital factor in human existence! If there were no food, there would obviously be no people or animals or birds. You took such an overlooked subject and wrote a charming and quite interesting poem about it. Carl.

You're NO GOOD, for a diet, Mr. Sharma, but i must confess that this poem does smack of a savory offering, indeed! Your choice in employing couplet stanzaec structure...works well, here...BTW: Are couplets very caloic? ...LOL! F j R 2009
