Seeing similarity in opposite things is unique in this poem. Yet each is referred to as a paradox. In reality opposing things are natural, one does not exist without the other. Yet phenomena like smoothness and friction are both beneficial. One makes us move easily and the other lets us stop when needed. Thank you for a beautiful thought provoking poem.
