An excellent discourse on forgiveness. Forgiving others when they so call rub you the wrong way or steps on you feet. It is very difficult to harbor this feeling in your heart. It tears into your soul and makes it very hard to live. You wrote this in a very profound manner. Loved it. Please read mind on Tale of an Unforgiving Heart

The more grudge to keep, the more heavy A soul would be: A good poem to begin with such nice words of wisdom. True, forgiveness is the right antidote to the fire of anger. Nicely explained.

To err is human but to forgive is divine, but how difficult it is to reach that stage. A beautiful poem unfurls the struggle fold by fold and finally establishes the greatest the value of forgiveness. The poem appeals to me for its utmost sincerity.

Great thoughts well developed in this write. It sounds also like you have touched on depression a huge problem for many and low self esteem and the loss of focus for many of the simple beauty in life also it seems lead by a toxic obsession with material possessions and the falacy that this will bring happiness or contentment. To be content is surely a path to wisdom where we can forgive ourselves and then others as you have elucidated.
