Hi, Fred. I have a degree in philosophy, and existentialism and logic were specialties of mine. Your analogy is false. The supreme being cannot be compared with a flower because even most existentialists believe that 'if' He exists, He is of a higher form of existence. Flowers lack cognition (cogito ergo sum) whereas the supreme being is expected to be omniscient. We may not know of his existence, but He logically would know about ours with his infinite wisdom.
