Flower 17- The Hearty Hydrangea
Hydrangea! Standing together in clusters,
Hearty flowers that are truly stress busters,
Joyous blooms honoured in South East Asian countries,
Japan, Indonesia, Himalayas, and Korean territories.
Hydrangea in gorgeous pink can bring
A spontaneous smile on your lips,
Hydrangea in blue and mauve can clear
All your notions and doubts of an agnostic mind,
Hydrangea with her virgin white blooms can
Alter the emotions to a calmer and peaceful state.
Hydrangea with ornamental leaves, so glassy
Hides not from the bright, glaring sunshine.
They cuddle warmly, thrive joyously as
They are happy flowers that stand in unity.

I had blue Hydrangea in my parental home in an unbroken line. In my present home there is no scope of growing them as there is blaring sunlight coming from all directions......

Gorgeous flowers indeed garlanded in a sonnet. Where I live currently at Bangalore, we have huge two acre place with a lot of greenery, flowers too, and showed the accompanying pic to the gardener who helps with it, but he was not aware of the flowers.
