Flinders, Early Summer Poem by james watkin

Flinders, Early Summer

A scene made famous, by its
Obliterating fog!
Pity painted boats!
Pity postcard views!
I grapple tighter the seat
Parallel to a bluff
When hard knowledge drops off
Into haunted clues.
