Five Liners 76-80 Poem by Indira Renganathan

Five Liners 76-80

Rating: 5.0

76 Perseverance

Persistent determination
Pursued attention
Powered action
Perseverance is relentless dedication
To reach one's goal of destination

77 Karma
Karma is a collective name
Of one's life's deeds that
Determine one's good or bad fate
A tree that bears ripened or rotten fruits..
Of one's life-deeds is the Karma-game

78 Waves
Do waves disturb the wind
Or the wind disturbs the waves..?
It's always the waves that disturb
The life of the ocean and the
Ocean of all lifes to roll and wind

79 Peacock
Green and blue with red and gold ocelli
Pretty and handsome bridegroom for ever...
Peacock unfurls its long train and dances
To indicate rain and to join the dull peahen
Who's though matchless without bright ocelli

80 Ring
It could be for ever the wedding rings
To be exchanged between the bride and groom
Amid a ring of invitees to ring in happiness.. but
Unlike in a box-ring one person is knocked out, faith in God
Alone helps to stay glued for ever the wedded rings
