Went to the ocean. A few small fish at sunset Spirt all renewed Hey Ted, I actually did go salt water fishing yesterday (was off on Columbus Day) . Just snapper blues... but just seeing those gulls diving, the baitfish jumping, the sunset... God! I felt so alive.. so renewed..excited, yet relaxed...so part of the universe, yet so detached from everyday reality. Zen
