'Act of Trapping' by attraction whether intentionally or unintentionally has been cited well using appropriate words. Then the theme has been turned all the way round by another 'Act of Self-submission' of your will to someone else very amazingly. The poem has also touched the Eastern simili and metaphor like (Jal Bin Machli) that reflects through this beautiful line ' Like a fish out of water '. It is infact the reality of life that sometimes we have to throw the ball in other's court may be for the emotional betterment. Best Regards Naseer

This is a most delightful and charming poem, Lillian, one that's wonderfully written and expressed, and with a pleasing touch of humor as well. You have an outstanding gift for poetic expression and it's quite evident in nearly every word of this insightful and entertaining poem. It's always a pleasure to find a poet of your ability on poem hunter! Carl.

Another well developed extended metaphor. What this site (mostly) lacks is writers who have emotions and can express them well. I'm glad you came.
