Like the poem, don`t undersand the notes; quality is, of course, important for literature.

thank you for the explanation which I knew that you had meant, but a barrel of 'paint' is something cloudy to me, as we are not in the ancient time and have evolved from being barbaric to modern and then to the technocrats. when many of our friends here have agreed upon your views, what is the big deal of me objecting the metaphor that you have used, so I still stick to the objection and I wish you good luck...

Since you insist on me clarifying, Let me make it clear Ma'am. First of all I have used color, instead of colors, that makes it singular, hence the meaning implied that there is only one color. Here in this poem, what I have meant by color is emotion. I can only have one emotion at a time. Secondly, magic box is my mind, color is emotion and I think by shaking up and down well. In addition to that we know in ancient times, artists used to mix colors to get the desired ones. They were neither aware of the modern chemical reaction symbolisms nor had labs to work out. Wherever they needed of new colors they mixed it. I hope I have clarified Thanks for the comment again Magic Box

during lab works we are taught mixing of reactive chemicals will induce reaction..so when we mix a barrel of paint of various colors, what will happen? tell us, magic box.'when you shake well up and down'.. the colors don't exist as the rainbows do. depends upon the concentration of paint material and density of the solvent, we may obtain various odd colors and you have added the black paint too and the blocks will not have the color concept of the cube that you have imagined. though the idea of this poem is good, the metaphor was wrongly chosen and it is my very humble opinion based on simple scientific knowledge..
