I stood, said goodbye, numb of all thoughts of love, but on leaving the hospice a youth took my hand. And with eyes full of tears I turned to the son of the man who had magic and sang in a band. An excellent poem portraying realities of life, pertaining love, pain and pleasure.10/10 Col Muhammad Khalid khan

Absolutely beautiful, goes to my faves. Wonderfully written. Draws the reader into such a sad and poignant tale where they feel the emotions there........10+++....
Beautiful sentiments, Ann, nicely expressed: the tenderness and passion of the past blended with the tension and tenderness of the present. :)

A perfect recall of love memory, it vividly express the sentiments of lovers who once fell in love that did not last. Yet, though short true love had been shared and cherished. The poem is splendidly written to last a lifetime in the hearts of lovers. Thanks for sharing mam. Loved it! Highest marks.
