First Impact's Poem by james watkin

First Impact's

Splitting the heavens
As shakes up one's world
For all that of its worship enacts
A type of beauty
Once by it down-hurld
So felt again is First Impact's.

Years on; if behind
Each glass-raised courtship
Replaced with; brief makes delirious.
Recall's gusty-warm;
Of what in visions'
Strange grip charged the air, portentious.
