Unfortunately, you're right when it comes to women and men, Jon. All I can say to add any light to the paradox is to say that women are painfully open with each other. Two women almost always know where they stand with each other. And with best friends, an argument merely clears the air for awhile LOL. Great poem from the man's perspective!
