You may not be my life companion
And I may not meet you often
But we share our journey
Which began almost at the same place
We have stayed with each other
Throughout our lives
Walking on parallel paths
Because you are my fellow traveller
You understand my needs and desires
My thoughts and my inner feelings
You are there whenever I want you
Forever mine
Until the end of time
