Feline Poem by Stefan Splawinski

Feline

icon of ancient egyptians
furry creature of the night
two or more makes a chorus
whiskered prowler at twilight

slave to human recognition
danger for slow limbed mice
tiddles is a ruthless hunter
having nine lives is very nice
