Feigned Love Poem by Chris Embrick

Feigned Love

Guard well your heart make no mistake
'till true love knocks, withhold the key
Guard well your heart make no mistake
Feigned love's caused many hearts to break
There's more to love than what you see
True love caresses tenderly
Guard well your heart, make no mistake
Feigned love's caused many hearts to break
With patience test love's sweet allure
Time is a heartache's only cure
'till love knocks, withhold the key
It's hard to keep virginity
Don't hurry love for your hearts sake
Feigned love's caused many hearts to break.
