Profound poetry. " I feel the absence /Of someone with whom to share /This aching fear: —it's so unfair! ". How do I express my hearts reverberations on reading these lines.

So beautiful mam.....I loved your last two lines the most..the pillow knows only the fear which is absorbing the tears in silence....it is when we cry silently hiding from others......very beautifully expressed...i love to read it again and again...

Fear well explained, the cure to this I agree would be love; A warm embrace, a gentle touch...

Fear is such a confusing human nature. It creeps and clings even in the oddest moments in human existence. Thanks for sharing your thoughts on fears dear poet.

“Fears in heart, fears in mind/For them reason I can't find/Fears in love, and of unknown/Of the wind and what may blow/Sleepless nights covered in worry/For myself I feel so sorry”…..and on and on………….your expression moves like a murmuring river! An adorable piece of poetry!

While reading this poem I am reminded of Edvard Munch famous painting 'The Scream.' Humans (and for that matter animals too) are born with the innate feeling of fear which manifests in us through logical and illogical thoughts and at other times for reasons quite inexplicable. This is truly an enchanting poem and can be a rich tribute the the great painting 'The Scream.'

A great poem about the intricacies of human mind and its unwanted wanderings without reason. The poem exactly narrates the situation in apt words and it is a fine one.

A great poem.Take into notice that I do not find a word generous for poems not deserving the character of a real poem. And this is a real poem.In a poetical ton like painting a feeling in a canvas.
