everyone experiences fear, some worse than others, most if not all poets have written about this subject at some time or anothere and it can be hard to express true feeling about fear, one of the best pieces of advice i was told is to use fear to your advantage, harness it and let it move you forward rather than back, nicely expressed poem and dont forget to smile, it may not always feel the best but its for the best :)
