Father's Day
For a believer,
A non-religious son is
Tension provider;
Here you stood with difference,
Embracing freedom of choice;
Reminiscing your
Sweet memories, I humbly
Dedicate these lines:
Although you are far away
Your blessings always grace me

You need to punctuate better. The form of poetry you chose has made for you a bit hard to write the verses with a better sense. There are some problems of meaning in this.
