I missed out reading this gem for two long years. Yes,2020 changed our outlook on llife. And sure, "dogs playing with cats and wolves stopped preying on deer"… marvellous poem!

It must be a good feeling to be a father, and celebrate every Fathers' Day.

To share experience of wisdom, to remember victories and forget losses, to get together with dear ones, siblings, this Father's Day is useful. I have a thought why so many days are celebrated by people. This poem teaches us that there are many things to do on each day. An enlightening poem indeed!

There is a complexity in the father child dynamic (maybe more the father/son bond) where love and anger are a mutual attraction, fathers day where differences are set aside, and a celebration is reached. Lovely poem Richard, some very thoughtful lines, a toast to fathers and this fitting tribute.!
