Reminds me of the song lyrics... Fathers be good to your daughters...daughters will live like you do...girls become lovers, who turn into mothers, so Father's be good to your daughters, too... I was looking for some anecdotes about daddy-daughter loving relationship. It was okay till I reached the last three lines. The poem has come from your heart. The feelings are heavy. The last three lines make the readers' heart heavy too. This poem should be an eye opener to all the daddies, not to be just an acquaintance to their daughters, but indeed a loving dad!

Strange... this is the 2nd Father poem i read today with the same theme...full cathartic release...though very poetic!
