Ernestine, 'condition' refers to Farmerspeak, it means you are putting on muscle, other people say that saturated fat puts 'lead in your stencil', which would not exactly apply to you. Fat is our number one source of energy. Without saturated fat humans could never survive.(Vegans make their own sat. fats) . Best H
