Fashion's Old As Adam And Eve Poem by Aniruddha Pathak

Fashion's Old As Adam And Eve

Though she wore not but her birthday suit,
Her sense of fashion was absolute.
Lifting that sole fig leaf
Already nigh adrift,
To Adam declared Eve:
Due credit do me give,
From my Fall-collection— back to root!
It's latest, this swell brief,
Fashion sense you have if,
The fruit of barest notes from my flute!

Thanks, dear poet for the feedback, but it seems, other PH readers/poets have not liked it. Too risque?
