Farewells Poem by Parameswaran Nair Damodaran Nair

Farewells

Rating: 5.0

Every parting is painful
Adieus are sometimes incapable
Of expressing emotions to the core
When it is misused discriminating
Sidelining or perhaps ignoring
It really hurts and wounds
All in the crowd may not be equally dear to you
But you are dear to all who have assembled
To see you off painfully
When you forget to cast a glance
Or utter a word of farewell
Or fail to wave a bye to them it disappoints

POET'S NOTES ABOUT THE POEM
When we consider anybody dear to us and we in turn are not considered so our emotions are mocked at as a fool's passion

An insightful and meaningful poem. A very keen observation on people's behavior.

The drawback of the new PH design make us confused to trace our destination. I am much indebted to you for adopting the poem as your favourite
