Far From Here Poem by J Sheba Anandhi

Far From Here

Far you were,
Never got a chance to hear,
Never knew who you really were,
After many a year
Chanced to see you somewhat near
And hear your voice very clear,
Due to my slender helping nature
You happened to call my number,
A couple of conversations did occur,
Didn't think twice for a friendly dear,
Here I am, an innocuous sufferer,
Along with many things I hold dear
Liberation is also far from here;

Far you are
Don't know when I will again hear,
Don't know when I will see you near.
