Fallen Leaves Poem by Nancy Trembley

Fallen Leaves

Leaves in the fall have a life of their own.
They dance they swirl they can never go home.
They don't act like someone who's life is done.
They live in the moment again and again.
Singing and dancing on the winds song.
Not realizing for a moment their time has come.
