Fake Passport To Heaven Poem by Tulsi Shrestha

Fake Passport To Heaven

Fake Passport To Heaven
A group of warriors celebrating
The victory of destroying a several
Military camps of enemy country,
Accompanied by a grand feast.
Alas! All of sudden, they were trapped,
Surrounded from four sides and
Shot dead by enemy soldiers,
In a relatively short span of time.
The nation as a whole, grieved
For unrecoupable loss of lives of
The great martyrs, national heroes.
As a reward, the great accolade
Posthumous certificate of immortality
Issued by the state in their honour.
Me, a martyr who died in
Military attack of enemy country.
Departed soul with perpetual light
I approached to the gate of heaven
To have entry into Kingdom of God.
But I was inhibited for the entry.
I assured the guard of gate as regard
Authenticity of My Passport To Heaven.
The guard yelled at me with anger.
Who are you to justify
Killing creations of Almighty
As rational and fare, philanthropic
Without fearing the wrath of God.
Isn't it possible to solve territory problems
without killing each other...
Through mutual understanding,
Fraternity and friendly conversation..?
Genocide is not allowed in the name of
Protection of so-called sovereignty.
What Almighty expects from you all, is
Peace & tranquility, not war & violence.
Only Altruists allowedin Kingdom of God.
"You all are Sinners in eyes of Almighty "
This sentence reverberated
Through out my existence in universe.
