He lost everything being in love with you
After the night of sorrow he's leaving you

The pub is deserted, all goblets are blue
You left, and now, the spring too is blue

He had freedom to sin but for four days
Allah didn't punish him in his own ways

The world made him to forget all about you
Worries to make wages took him away from you

She smiled innocently at 'Faiz' today
Don't ask what joy his heart felt today

'Ravi' was in love with you, but you broke his heart
He left, and now you cry; tell me, who is at fault?

donoñ jahān terī mohabbat meñ haar ke
vo jā rahā hai koī shab-e-ġham guzār ke
