Excellent. How time changes! Such a lovely depiction. The nostalgic tone of the poem reverberates in reader's heart. History has always fascinated me. A perfect 10.

In our Jet age, we are surrounded by the gadgets, media, TV and what not....at times we do not look back and see our legacy, from where we emerged....Thought provoking poem.10++

Mohammed, a Middleton signed the Declaration of Independence. I have no real idea if we are related but likely so. The rest of the poem relates to my great grandfather's farm in Mississippi. Thank you for reading and commenting.
