Give us a break! A poem from the 1600's with a footnote in Latin for poem of the day? And with a user rating of 5.3? Surely, Poem Hunter, you could have come up with something better. Oh, by the way, if you are interested, I put the footnote into Google Translate and this is what it gave me: Magdala, wanton, so when released Amantes, Chaste, keepers at the lights of the waters in the Fervidaque paid; Trapped in the watery tears locked in Christ, New wet feet and held sacred.
