I never knew I could love you so much
I never knew losing your love could hurt this much
I don't even remember how things became so complicated
Before I knew it, it was all over.

What did I do? What have I done?
This gift you have given me is all gone
What do I do? What do I say?
Make this pain go away.

I feel as though my heart has exploded
Pieces of it flung all over the universe
From black holes to unnamed stars and galaxies
Bits and pieces of you and I forever lost in time.
