Thanks Aria...I'd like to thank my deceased, but fondly remembered uncle - Peter Windram - who was a Catholic missionary priest working in the shanty towns of Brazil. I wouldn't have been inspired to write this poem without his influence. He schooled me in the ways of Liberation Theology - the preferential option for the poor.
