If your conscience is clear and you truly sincere in serving the humanity you will not like having excuses. Excuses are for half hearted men, whose purpose is not clear and who only do good to others expecting something in return.The poem has depth.10+++

Our conscience always keeps a watch over our action.We know what is good or what is bad.We want to be in the realm of good.But when we can not meet the standard we set for ourselves we make excuses and justify our action even to ourselves.A nice philosophical poem, thanks for sharing.
