Love your description detailing a clock-universe compared to a quantum universe, both being diverse yet vital to all humans. Intellect protecting our ego in order to survive, while our hearts and love fulfill us, giving us an innate spirituality connecting us all over the world. Quantum world is an ongoing process, as you have stated, changing structures relating to things all around us, yet the energy of our minds altogether offer us the power to change it's dynamics.
