This one is spot on, David, but sadly the 'one love' that lingers 'till death us do part' is all too rare. Many relationships begin with all the passion and unconditional devotion in the world, but fade as the years pass. I am one of the lucky ones, I guess. You are too, I'm pretty sure. Great poem.
