Yes! Complaining is just a minuscule way to refine our way of living. A constructive way of making things perform better. As a poet you have shown your responsibility. Good! When we complain, many times, we get horrible replies, Phone Lines cut abruptly etc. Mitsubishi Motors (Japan) and Hindustan Motors (India) were started during the same time. But see the difference in growth of these companies. EVERYDAY Japanese companies tried to better themselves by at least by 0.1% percent. They never viewed shortcomings as complaints, but as stepping stones. Let us Learn! ! !
