I like the playfulness and the sensuality of the piece, especially this stanza: The trees shed their luscious clothes; Green fades to golden blankets laid down, Whilst she now stands in her skin, Her lover looks on with a gentle frown. And also, I like the sensuality of this stanza: The sun’s warmth wanes into tomorrow, With lovers’ beds sharing yesterdays’ heat; Times spent out is now spend indoors; Life is given birth beneath jumbled sheets. These are great lines. I like the first two stanzas as well.
