A very romantic write. I loved the following stanza most: What he says I will not repeat here, His words are like sacred prayers Intended for only one to hear, But there is no doubt that he cares

The beauty and tranquility of Lora's garden interweaves with the blossoming beauty of her fertile mind. An extract from this great poem has been published in Scotland's National Trust brochure. Congratulations.

So wonderful! Thoroughly enjoyed reading it.10/10. (I read your question elsewhere as to why poets do not rate the poems of other fellow poets and like you, I also try to do it most of the time, unless I forget) . 'Slowly, the world fades around me, As I'm being caught up in a dream; Arm in arm, together we stroll Along a sparkling, enchanted stream' Such a wonderful imagery! Simply amazing. 'What he says I will not repeat here, His words are like sacred prayers Intended for only one to hear, But there is no doubt that he cares' You left the curiosity alive, and that's good!

Retire to the beauty and serenity of the garden to lose oneself in a world of imagination is something all of us like to do. A garden often becomes the rendezvous of lovers! Enjoyed this beautiful write!
