Spike shares with us his own experience of what we have all known at some time - unrequited love! Though by no means an innocent-in-love in his own life, he knew something of how the heart can sometimes prompt us towards one-sided, illogical and painful attachments.
I give this so called poem 1 out of 10 because there is no zero, but I do like a lot of Spike's stuff
