Your gaze—imperceivable,
unfathomable, boundless, without horizon—
draws me again and again
into unending remembrance.
A memory not of time,
but of eternity's sweetness:
a fire that does not consume,
a longing that fulfills even as it burns.
O Al-Haqq, the Truth,
radiant certainty before which all veils fall.
In your silence, the worlds are spoken;
in your speech, galaxies move—
seen and unseen, manifest and veiled,
form and formless,
all held within the measure of your breath.
What are we,
but echoes of your resounding Word?
Particles of light scattered from your gaze,
drifting, yearning,
only to be gathered again
into the vastness of your eternal embrace.
Here—
where remembrance blossoms into presence,
and presence into annihilation—
I vanish into what I have always been:
a whisper of your oneness,
a reflection of your Face,
the breath returning only to you.
