Unity in diversity may be possible but equality is not as each is unique in Nature;
Equal opportunities may be given for education and job to develop all in society;

1) Dear Ramesh, wonderfully thought and written BUT equality needs more equalness in all, and to my opinion, though without being corrupt, the government cannot gain correct results as your poem intended to.
Part 3: As your poem says, everybody should be able to live a decent life. For this everyone should be able to secure employment, in some manner or the other. In a developed society, a plumber or workman should be paid exactly the same as a professor or doctor. This IS equal opportunity.
Part 2: Meaning, it is quite difficult to earn money in the proper way. Even if you earn, it is equally difficult to maintain it. If you maintain it, it may not multiply. Even when you have multiplied your savings, it is difficult to find the right person to inherit the wealth.
Very insightful poem. There is an ancient poem in Malayalam: ധനം ന്യായത്തോടെ വരുത്തുവാൻ പണി വരുത്തിയാലത് ഇരുത്തുവാൻ പണി /ഇരുത്തിയാലത് പെരുക്കുവാൻ പണി /പെരുക്കിയാൽ പാത്രസമർപ്പണം പണി.
2) Eventhough in a communist country, the result as you have in mind is impossible. This is Utopia what you have in mind dear Poet Ramesh, it is not that simple, but I have enjoyed your very impressive poem
Thank you so much for your appreciation of my ideas in the poem, dear!
