The emperor in your poem appears as a man of small intelligence and absolutely no sympathy for other people. He is extremely unworthy to possess the vast power such a ruler is granted. And your poem is a timely warning for us to examine our own leaders who may be abusing power. Your poem targets the concept of the morality needed to be a decent ruler. Your political values are certainly the right ones.
