Empathy Poem by Caroline Bulleck

Empathy

Rating: 4.0

We're all wondering in the dark,
Our souls lighting the way.
When someone has lost their spark
We can help them burn, bright as day.
We are all beacons, longing.
When a light resonates with our soul's glow
There is a warm sense of belonging.
We become each other's home, a place we can go.
The world isn't so scary
When it's bright.
We become family
And everything is right

Really enjoyed reading your poem on Empathy. If we all took the time to understand each other more it would be a brighter place to be. Your poem puts it so poetic and true.
