I just heard somewhere, that we should not forget the past, because we might repeat it. However we should forgive the circumstances, the people who were part in it, because we learned a great lesson, acknowledge and let it go with your blessing to all. God knows why, what happened.

A peaceful mind only feels the importance of calmness in this race. Healthy body and healthy attitude rest upon good mental health. We should repeatedly not think about past to invite diseases like cancer. Past is gone. We should remain in memory of present. On the ship of life we should be healthy passengers. Excellent and thoughtful poem is shared here.10
