The crisis that inspired your poem reminds Tolstoy was tormented by the fact he could love humanity as an abstraction but found many individuals unlovable. We could complacent and say, So it goes. But you are unwilling to give up on ALTRUISM which is a new theme in your poems and because of your influence I've been dealing with it. I agree human beings are weak when it comes to cosmic tasks, but we were created according to Scriptures as limited beings. We can't compare to angels in power. Arguably more is expected of human beings than of angels. Of course none of this matters, Tolstoy's torment, God'silence, my doubts if you are blessed with faith! !
