Elysium: The English Translation Of नभं उतरु आलं

Elysium descends down

exhilarates the spirit quiveringly

off lush meadows

In the hours of the night,

a vow to be in each plight,

for seven lives; despite

high & low together, day after night

Sky pours water;

Sore, Wet and weary,

Your warmth makes deary

Lore to skip, for your merry

Not do speak with sorrow

Shall face the trials morrow

With up in bridal wear

Tied together to care

चिंब थरथर वलं

अंग झिम्माड झालं,

हिरव्या बहरात

अशा वलंस राती,

गळा शपथा येती

साता जन्माची प्रीती,

सरंल दिनरात

वल्या पान्यात पारा,

एक गगन धरा

तसा तुझा उबारा,

सोडून रितभात

नगं लागंट बोलू,

उभं आभाळ झेलू

गाठ बांधला शालू,

तुझ्याच पदरा
