ELEGIAC EULOGY
Death seems the reason we live
some day you have to leave
For no reason you cease to exist
explained vainly by the exploits of the crucifix
And the perpetual fight against evil
Lucifer blamed for being the devil
To explain a natural morbidity
to rationalize our mobility
To a place we do not know
to a mystical place of the gods
Disrespecting the earth, the moon, the sun and the cosmos
from which we got our consciousness
Verily, no matter how long it takes
make no mistake
Death will come to everyone
to everything it shall be done
Therefore, death deserves an elegiac eulogy
in preparation for the epilogue
