A well written piece Lora. Nothing worse than putting your heart and soul into a relationship only to be spurned. Committing your life to another can be such a big gamble, maybe more so these days.
Echoes keep me chained to his memory, reverberated through my mind as I read this poem. Was thinking if they were echoes of his loss they would be consoling even though with tears. Thank you for sharing. RoseAnn
