...........so nicely written.....the echo of love still remains....even though death, has carried her beloved across the vast expanse of darkness... to paradise....

A beautiful, yearning for love that has passed. I felt the emotion so deeply.Echo is an excellent title. The last verse is brilliant poetry. come back to me..... and the conclusion of breath to breath, pulse to pulse.... A Lover's lost love of longing, even pleading, for the echo of their love shared so deeply. The best Love Poem I have read. Pat Northall.

I've always found a woman's love poem more powerful and poignant than that of a man; there's an honesty perhaps less restricted my the ego.

I love this beautiful hauntingly sad poem. Love returns in dreams as an echo. Love endures.

If life is 'give and take'...so is true love...so it is years after even in its dream....the poet excels
