Earthquake Comments

I was in the San Francisco earthquake in the ealy '90s; that was more like having a heart attack than I imagine having a heart attck would feel like. Some people are afraid of silly little things, for no obvious reason, like me and bats, snakes and spiders. But earthquakes should have everybody shuddering.

You have transferred the live experience of an earthquake and the panic it leaves in the minds of the affected in beautiful verse. Your concern over the safety of the worse affected is quite touching and your humaneness, quite visible! ! I invite you to read my poem- Earthquake!
